Marcus is a Legal Practice Director at Culshaw Miller Lawyers and holds Bachelor degrees in both Law and Commerce (Finance). Marcus was admitted to legal practice in 2004 and has nearly 20 years’ experience practising as a property and commercial lawyer.

As a member of the Law Society of Western Australia, Marcus is the chair of the Property Law committee and also member of the Joint Form of General Conditions committee.

Marcus has been recognised by Best Lawyers since 2021 as a leading lawyer in Real Property Law in the areas of subdivision and acquisitions.
